Outside the house
Outside the grounds are fully fenced. The outside space can be divided into 4 main areas
- 1.Enclosed Patio and Courtyard
- 2.Lawned Garden with wildlife Pond and Rock Gardens and
- 3.Vegetable Garden
- 4.Parking Area to the front and both sides of the house
Enclosed Patio and Courtyard
From the rear porch there is a BBQ area within an enclosed courtyard. From there you can gain access to the the garage/workshop and there is also gated access to the wildlife pond and rock gardens.
Lawned Garden with Wildlife pond
The wildlife pond is surrounded by rock gardens and features a cascade waterfall. It forms the main feature of the lawned area and can be reached through a wooden gate from the rear courtyard. It also has a purpose built filtration system and provides an area of peace and tranquility.

Vegetable Garden
This includes nine raised vegetable beds, which are 50’ x 4’ / 15,2 x 1,25m and two 40’ x 4’ / 12,2 x 1,25m beds. This area produces ample vegetables in season (with the necessary planting effort) Adjacent to the vegetable beds there are hen and duck aviaries, which are virtually fox-proof. A further lawned area surrounds the aviaries. There is also a range of soft fruit bushes, including blackcurrants, redcurrants, rhubarb, gooseberries and six apple trees.

Parking Area
There is extensive parking around the house, with graveled areas on both sides and to the front.
